Muslim women

"A woman once asked her mother, “Mother, how will I ever find the right Man?” Her mother replied, “Forget finding the ‘right’ Man, focus on being the right Woman."

A queen

Husband & wife

A female is one of the most beautiful creation of Allah... She starts helping at a very tender age.
Later, she sacrifices her love for just a smile on her parents face
She then sacrifices her full youth for her husband and children without a complaint.
And finally, her life ends only by compromising for other's happiness.
She is that creature of Allah who are very few can compare to! :-)

The best love

There comes a time in life when you walk away from all the drama and the people who created it...
surround yourself with people who make you laugh,
forget the bad and focus on the good...
so love the people who treated you right and pray for the ones that didn't...
Life is too short to be anything but happy and falling down is a part of life, getting up is living.

"Everything that God made valuable in the world is covered and hard to get to. Where do you find diamonds? Deep down in the ground, covered and protected. Where do you find pearls? Deep down at the bottom of the ocean, covered up and protected in a beautiful shell. Where do you find gold? Way down in the mine, covered over with layers and layers of rock. You've got to work hard to get them. Your body is sacred. You're far more precious than diamonds and pearls, and you should be covered too." -
Muhammad Ali to his daughter Hana

‘At the age of thirteen, I knew that I was destined to marry John Travolta. One day he would arrive on my North London doorstep, fall madly in love with me and ask me to marry him. Then he would convert to Islam and become a devoted Muslim.’
Shelina is keeping a very surprising secret under her headscarf – she wants to fall in love and find her faith. Torn between the Buxom Aunties, romantic comedies and mosque Imams, she decides to follow the arranged-marriage route to finding Mr Right, Muslim-style. Shelina’s captivating journey begins as a search for the one, but along the way she also discovers herself and her faith. A memoir with a hilarious twist from one of Britain’s leading female Muslim writers. Love in a Headscarf is an entertaining, fresh and unmissable insight into what it means to be a young British Muslim woman.

May ALLAH give you
the Mind of Hawa (ra),
Purity of Maryam (ra),
Faith of Asiya (ra),
Love of Khadija (ra),
Knowledge of Aisha (ra),
Imaan of Fatima (ra),
and grant you and I the favour to be with then in Jannah...

Each sister is like a Diamond, which has a SPECIAL CUT & a UNIQUE SHINE that makes them Precious.

The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the beauty of her face, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is her piety and must be seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart – the place where love resides.”

Women are like apples on a tree. The best ones are at the top of the tree. Most men don't want to reach for the good ones because they're afraid of getting hurt. So instead, they just take the apples from the ground that aren't as good, but easy to get... The apples at the top of the tree think there's something wrong with them, when, in reality, they're amazing. They just have to wait for the right man to come along - one who's brave enough to climb all the way to the top.

Beauty Tips...

To beautify your eyes, lower your gaze towards strange men. This will make your eyes pure and shiny!

o   To beautify your face and make it shiny, keep doing the wudhoo (ablution) minimum 5 times a day!

o   As for rouge and blush, modesty is one of the best brands!

o   To have attractive lips, always do dhikr and always tell the truth!

o   And as for jewellery, beautify your hands by letting your hands be generous and giving charity to the poor and needy!

o   Now for your hair, if you have split ends then “Islamic Hijab” is suggested, which will protect your hair from damage!

o   To avoid diseases of the heart, forgive people who have hurt your feeling!

By following these advices given to you by your creator, then you will have not only beautiful outer appearance but also an inner one too!

A poem - It is hard

It is hard,
So hard.
The stress,
The expectation,
The obligation:
Uphold the family image”
“ Uphold Islam”
“ Make something of yourself”
“ Be successful”
“ Get better Grades”
“ Prove to your teachers you can”
“ Be an example to your siblings
             to other Muslim women”

“ You have more opportunities then I ever had”
“ Why aren’t you studying”
“ Study harder”
“ Do your homework”
“ Listen to your teachers”
“ What are they teaching you”
“ You just have to work harder”
“ You don’t take school serious enough”
“ You can be anything you want…….
                        anything at all…………”
But, what do I want to be
What do I want to study
Can I please them all?
Can not be a failure
Can not fail
Can not fall.

Oh Allah, as the Prophet prayed for his cousin Abdullah, please
" O Lord, make (Me) acquire a deep understanding of the religion of Islam and instruct (Me) in the meaning and interpretation of things."
Grant me Patience,

Grant me strength,

Grant me knowledge

Let me be guided to the straight path

Chose a good career

Please my parents

Propogate Islam

Please Allah do not let me fail

Do not let me fall.

With time, women gain weight because we accumulate so much information and wisdom in our heads that when there is no more room, it distributes out to the rest of our bodies. So we aren't heavy, we are enormously cultured, educated and happy. Beginning today, when I look in the mirror, I will think, Good grief, look how smart I am!
Must be where the expression 'Smart Ass' came from!!! :)
